A packing list will be sent out to you when the goods are ready, and we will propose you the best forwarder with cheapest price.

Delivery methods

  • Samples delivery

    Samples are the mostly required, you are welcomed to order sample from EASTPURE, for sample delivery for the water filtration products, we would strongly suggest to go by UPS, TNT, FEDEX, DHL, etc. This will be the quickest time for you to get the sample as simple as possible

  • By sea delivery

    If it goes to large quantity items, we would suggest you go by sea, to Asia countries, if it goes by sea, normally will take within 15 days. And if to united states, around 20 days, to European countries, takes within 30 days.  It will save you a lot of cost to by air. The payment term normally we would go EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF and DDA, DDP.

  • By air delivery

    If you requirement the materials in top urgency, then a BY air option will be the your first choice. But we would suggest you to learn a little more about our product before choosing the right delivery method, for example TDS meter, PH meter, and other small water filter items with batteries, those items will need a special report if delivery by air. If a water filter cartridges contains active carbons, that will be not quite wise to have all of them delivery by air, the active carbon will need a special chemical special safety report for it too.

  • International delivery

    International delivery is regulated by EXW, Incoterms 2010. Any dates quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate only and the store shall not be deemed to be in delay in delivery of the goods unless actual delivery of goods occurs later than four weeks from the quoted approximate delivery date and having received the Buyer’s written notification. The buyer shall comply with all laws governing the importation of the goods into the country of destination.
